What is BODY WELL?

Body Well is an intense 8-week program designed for busy moms who want to set & reach their physical and nutritional goals. With just two small-group training sessions per week, weekly one-on-one check-ins with your coach, and personal goal setting & accountability, moms can see radical improvements in just 8 weeks.

This program includes:

· Intense nutritional focus

· Regular check-ins with your personal accountability coach

· 2 Weekly small group training sessions

· Weekly physical & nutritional challenges

· Accountability partner (optional)

· Before & after fitness assessments & measurements (optional)

· Recipes + meal planners

· Strong community support

· One-on-one personal nutritional guidance

· Online workout video library for when you need to miss a class

Why Does Body Well Work?

Great Accountability & Supportive Mom Group

This program is thoughtfully and creatively designed for moms, by moms. However, all women are welcome to join.

We make it as easy as possible to commit to the best version of you.
  • Time. Commit to just 2 or 3 workouts every week.
  • Accountability. We don't sign you up and forget you. We're checking in to make sure you're attending class and committing to your nutrition. We offer weekly challenges to keep you on track.
  • Support. You get one-on-one coaching with your personal trainer. Our private messaging group allows you to post and share recipes, and our training sessions help you connect with your teammates.
  • Nutrition. We focus heavily on nutrition that is compatible with mom life.
  • Results. Each session begins and ends with fitness assessments and measurements, so you can literally see the results of your transformation.
