Lace up your shoes and get ready to run! Signups are now available for the Virginia’s Fallen Heroes 5K & Warrior 8K, held in Virginia Beach at Mount Trashmore Park Sunday, June 9, 2024.
Our 8-week training session starts April 14 and culminates with the *optional* race (race registration not included with Run Club).
Run with or without your kiddos, meet other moms and achieve your 2024 running goals! Weekly runs are Sundays at 8:30 am at Oak Grove Lake Park and other nearby parks. Plus, a free class weekly to use for cross training opportunities with us at FIT4MOM Southwest Chesapeake.
